Shipping is available to the destinations and by the methods shown in checkout.
Methods
- Ukraine: Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
- United States: Nova Poshta.
- Other supported international destinations: Ukrposhta.
The applicable method and fixed shipping price are shown at checkout. Rates are selected in the order currency and are not converted from a live exchange rate.
Current fixed rates
- Ukraine: Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta are each UAH 100, USD 2.25, or EUR 2.00.
- United States: Nova Poshta is UAH 930, USD 21, or EUR 18.
- Other supported international destinations: Ukrposhta is UAH 930, USD 21, or EUR 18.
These are fixed independent commercial rates, not live foreign-exchange conversions.
Dispatch and transit
Physical orders are usually dispatched within up to 7 business days after successful payment. This is processing/dispatch time, not a guaranteed arrival time. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination, and we do not guarantee a specific arrival date.
Customs processing and local-carrier delays may affect international delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a correct deliverable address. The checkout country list determines the destinations currently supported.
