Physical books
Teach.me.Ukrainian does not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return policy beyond rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact us if you received the wrong product, a materially damaged or defective product, or if another circumstance requires a remedy under applicable law.
Digital books
Digital books are intended to be non-refundable after digital delivery or access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Before payment for a PDF or mixed order, we ask you to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the possible loss of a cancellation or withdrawal right once delivery begins.
This does not remove remedies for an inaccessible or corrupt PDF, the wrong digital product, a duplicate or incorrect charge, or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
