What we process

When you browse, request support, or place an order, we may process your name, email address, phone number when needed for a physical order, shipping address, destination country, order details, payment status and provider transaction metadata, and digital fulfillment/access records. We also process limited technical and security information needed to protect services, including Turnstile verification data when checkout protection is active.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide books, calculate and process an order, communicate about an order, arrange physical delivery, provide digital access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep reliable business records.

Service providers

The application uses Cloudflare for hosting, infrastructure, storage, and security; Resend for transactional email; WayForPay for payment processing when activated; and Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta for physical shipment where applicable. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Payment data

Payment-card details are handled in the payment provider’s protected environment. Teach.me.Ukrainian does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or raw payment-card credentials.

Marketing and contact

Order communications are transactional. We do not use your order information for marketing unless a separate lawful basis and consent are provided. To ask about your information, contact books@teachmeukrainian.store.

Rights

Your rights depend on the laws applicable to you. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
